A WORD FROM THE Acts 1:8 MINISTRY PRESIDENT
The benefit concert on
March 17th was a huge success. With about 2,100 people in
attendance, the atmosphere was electric. Thank you for your
support in making this a huge event. As a result of this
benefit concert, thousand of lives will be impacted by
caring for others through acts of Christian kindness,
sharing the gospel, and connecting people to Christ through
their local church. Once again, thank you and God bless.

TESTIMONIAL
“We went to Chicago
to share Jesus with the homeless for our Planned Act of
Christian Kindness. We ended up on the lower level of Wacker
Drive as thousands of people rushed to & from work and
shopping. There is another city underneath! Hundreds of
people (men, women and children) who make their home over
the heat vents of downtown Chicago. We brought food, bottled
water and God’s Word. We listened, shared God’s Word, prayed
and even cried with these folks. We plan to go again and
share Jesus with all who will listen.” |

| P.A.C.K. Tip of the Month |
For the month of April, let’s
reach out to someone you may or may not know. Here are some ideas :
- Send a card or visit
someone in a nursing home.
- Clean someone’s gutters.

| How to share: |
- Tell them you are showing them Christ’s
love in a practical way.
- God’s love is free just as this gift is free.
- Ask to Pray for them.
|
| How to Connect: |
- Invite the person/family to your church.
- Offer to give the person (s) a ride to your church.
|
|

STAFF PROFILE |
Favorite verse:
Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true,
whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure,
whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable ~ if anything
is excellent or praise worthy ~ think about such
things.” Harvard Betts lives this verse. He is an
optimistic, energetic, fun-loving person with quite the
sense of humor. Harvard and his beautiful wife, Naomi,
have been married for ten years. He is an avid reader of
fiction, murder mysteries and the Bible. He also enjoys
jogging, playing chess, and watching the Packers play.
Harvard is truly an amazing person with a heart for the
Lord.
Thank you Harv for all your hard work and inspiration.
We are reaching more lives and hearts everyday because
of the Lord bringing you to Acts 1:8 Ministry. |

Countries. (Just added Solomon Islands and Brazil!!!!) Personal P.A.C.K. Kits now in “ACT”ion in 29 states and
9 countries. (Just added
