A WORD FROM THE Acts 1:8 MINISTRY PRESIDENT

I would like to personally invite each of you to come and golf with us this year. Acts 1:8 Ministry will be hosting a golf outing in Green Bay and Milwaukee. If you live near either of these locations and love to golf, please contact us at 920-494-2289 for more information. For some of you this may be your first time golfing with us, and for others it may be your fifth time. For those of you not able to golf, thank you for your continued support.

TESTIMONIAL
“For our Planned Act of Christian Kindness our church had a “Free For All”. It was like a reverse yard sale where everything was free. We also offered hot dogs and soda, and gave away CDs. People were overwhelmed, and could not believe we were giving away everything from clothes and toys to home décor for absolutely no charge. We told them, “freely we have been given, so freely we must give.” We shared testimonies of how God had provided for our needs, and His love lead us to return that goodness. It was an awesome day.”

P.A.C.K. Tip of the Month
Here are some ideas for the month of June:
  • While you are mowing your lawn, mow the neighbors lawn also.
  • Replace a neighbors American Flag with a new one.
How to share:
  • Tell them you are showing them Christ’s love in a practical way.
  • God’s love is free just as this gift is free.
  • Ask to Pray for them.
How to Connect:
  • Invite the person/family to your church.
  • Offer to give the person (s) a ride to your church.
We want your testimony!!! If you would like to tell us about a P.A.C.K. ® idea that you’ve done, please email us at melissa@acts18.org

INTERN PROFILE

We would like to welcome our first official intern, Liz Leicht. Liz is 20 years old, and will be a junior at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa next fall. Liz is interning with Acts 1:8 Ministry for the summer to gain experience for her major and minor which is a combination of business management, religion, and social welfare. Liz enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing the violin in the symphony orchestra at school. Liz also loves being involved in social justice issues and environmental concern issues. Liz is a wonderful new addition to Acts 1:8 Ministry and we hope her time here is a learning experience as well as a fun one. Welcome Liz.
