A WORD FROM THE Acts 1:8 MINISTRY PRESIDENT
Vision is described by Webster as unusual discernment or foresight. God is the one that has provided this foresight and vision for Acts 1:8 Ministry. As Daniel 9:23 tells us - "The moment you began praying, a command was given." And now I am here to tell you what it was, for you are very precious to God. Listen carefully so that you can understand the meaning of your vision.
God has provided the meaning for the vision of Acts 1:8 Ministry. The vision led by God is to create a culture for Christians to care, share, and connect people to Christ worldwide through Christian Kindness. Big vision - Yes, Big God - Yes. With God all things are possible.

TESTIMONIAL
We gave away bottles of water at the YMCA in Oconomowoc. For four hours we gave away over 20 cases of ice cold water to everyone that we could. Reactions were all very positive and our group was elated to let His Light Shine. Thanks for the P.A.C.K. mentality.

Can you believe it's September? Here are some ideas for the month:
- Offer to pick up a friend or neighbor's child from school
- Give a phone or gas cards to a college student

| How to share: |
- Tell them you are showing them Christ's
love in a practical way.
- God's love is free just as this gift is free.
- Ask to Pray for them.

| How to Connect: |
- Invite the person/family to your church.
- Offer to give the person (s) a ride to your church.

STAFF PROFILE |
D orothy Van Beaver is the mother of Jeff Van Beaver. She also has six other children and ten grandchildren. She recently became the proud great-grandmother of a baby girl, Eva Rae.
Dorothy devoted 23 years of service to Bellin Hospital as a volunteer. She enjoys reading, going out to lunch with her friends, and spending time with her children and their families.
Dorothy volunteers at Acts 1:8 every month to help prepare the monthly newsletters. Her dedication to the ministry is greatly appreciated. Thank you Dorothy for all that you do. |

Acts 1:8 Ministry is working with over 800 churches in the Planned Acts of Christian Kindness (P.A.C.K.) Ministry. Tens of thousands of lives are being touched with the love of Christ every month. P.A.C.K. Ministry is presently in 48 states and 28 Countries. Personal PACK Kits now in "ACT"ion in 33 states and 12 countries. (Just added Pakistan.) |
