If you're going into battle at least know who the real enemy is.

We are witnessing the destruction of all sorts of symbols of our past. Great leaders, explorers, inventors who helped benefit in the advancement of all mankind in one way or another. They displayed courage and leadership where most feared to tread. They were recognized for these great characteristics and wanted history to remember them for the role they played in building a nation, not to hold them up as saints that were without sin. This is where history is supposed to teach us what was good and what was bad about people so we can learn from our past. There are images that capture the greatness of every bygone era and one could dig up dirt on everyone of them because they were all human.

This is where as a human race we need God. The love & fear of our almighty creator. A level of perfection that we as humans can never obtain, but one that also brings us to our knees. While we may have great abilities in one way or another we fall short of God and must humble ourselves at His feet. With His Spirit that lives within us He gives us the ability to see clearly the infinite love He has for us. To guide us in the ways we must go in order to avoid pain & suffering at the hands of our own sinful desires. When we stop listening to God and push Him away we expose ourselves to the powers of Satan who is constantly attacking us.

The latest call is for the removal (the destruction) of every depiction of a "white" Jesus as these represent “tools of oppression” and “racist propaganda. This just gives witness to what happens where our souls are void of the Holy Spirit. For the true word of God is exactly what is needed and this does not come from a statue or from some stained glass window. Those do serve as a reminder to us all where we are supposed to be looking for the answers to our every sinful action.

Psalm 9:9-10 The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.

John 13:34-35 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

We are called by God to sow the seeds of His Spirit into the hearts of all mankind. The fruits of His Spirit: Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control are exactly what is needed throughout our world. To help deliver this message we need to do it in the same way that Jesus did, through love & kindness. Simple acts of kindness done to everyone that God sends to you while out in busy parts of your community. All people need His love and message and by doing this form of outreach we can eventually reach everyone. These acts of kindness must be done for free with no donations accepted because God's love & grace that comes through Jesus cannot be earned or bought at any price. A Connect Card gives Jesus all the glory and delivers this important message. It also serves as an invite to come and learn more about Jesus at your church/school/youth activity... The PACK program is totally free and now at work in 114 countries. You can get the download just by going to www.acts18.org. Please get PACK started in your community. God bless!
